Mayfair is once again at the top when it comes to premium office space. The average cost of renting a desk here is £962 per month, almost double the London average of £534. That’s up by nearly £20 since last year and reflects Mayfair’s longstanding appeal to businesses that value prestige and proximity to high-end services.
Soho and Victoria
Soho slides gently into second place, with desk spaces costing an average of £895 per month, despite a slight dip compared to last year.
Victoria, however, has made a notable leap. With an average desk rental price of £894 per month, it’s now the third most expensive area in the city. Its strategic location, minutes from transport hubs and government offices, has only added to demand this year.
St James’ and Monument
St James’ has seen a sharp increase, with desk prices now £884 per month, a jump of nearly £100 year on year. Meanwhile, Monument claims fifth, averaging £859 per month, which is still over 60% higher than the London average, even with a slight price drop.
